This two pack features one jar of our traditional Fermented Sauerkraut and one jar of our Fermented Dill Pickles. Both ferments contain 10 to 20 times more probiotics per serving than the average oral supplement! (wow that's a lot!)
Each batch of pickles and sauerkraut starts with fresh produce that is sourced as locally as possible. The batches are then chopped and placed in American White Oak barrels with just a bit of unrefined sea salt, Fair-Trade Organic spices, and purified water. The batches go through bacterial succession and wild fermentation for four weeks for sauerkraut, and for two weeks for our pickles. Probiotic quantity and quality are tested using microscopy, biochemical testing, and metabolic testing at every stage of the fermentation process. This ensures safety and effectiveness of the natural probiotics in every batch.
We pack the fermented vegetables into jars ourselves, seal them and keep them refrigerated until they are ready to be shipped to you!
